We don't have them, in Mondstadt, at least not anymore. Though the rose still holds meaning in it's history and people.

"What here we do say, shall under roses stay." Or so the saying goes. Roses in Mondstadt tend to symbolize the keeping of secrets. Which is very different from the traditional meaning of "love".

A favorite flower? Ah, it'd be a close tie between the Cecilia and the Calla Lily, I think. Both are native to Mondstadt.
